Make Your Script Good
It brings me great joy to be able to work with other writers on improving their stories. Watching a story develop and grow is so rewarding, and as a fellow writer I understand the difficult journey that we go through to develop stories from simple ideas to fully realized stories to share with the world.
I offer the following packages to assist you in perfecting your screenplay and giving it the professional look and presentation you need to get noticed in the competitive entertainment industry and sell your story! My standard turnaround time is 7-10 days, and I am always willing to work within a deadline if needed. Please contact me directly if you have questions, or need a service not listed below.
Story Analysis and Screenplay Critique ~ $350
I will read your screenplay, providing detailed margin notes, corrections, and suggestions for improvement throughout the script, the marked up copy with my notes will be emailed back to you as a pdf document. I will also provide a 5-10 page written critique covering all aspects of your screenplay: story concept; commercial potential; character; structure; style; character arc and theme; dialogue; recommended reading and viewing; and suggestions for rewriting the script.
Rewrite Critique ~ $275
After you’ve revised your script and put my suggestions into play, I’ll re-read your script and provide the same in depth analysis and notes as described above, for a reduced rate of $275. This rate is applicable for an unlimited number of rewrites.
Treatment Critique ~ $100
This option provides the same services as outlined above for your script, but for a 5-15 page treatment. This is a great way to iron out problems and fix trouble spots in your story before you start writing the actual script, and once I’ve read your treatment, subsequent screenplay critiques are offered at the rewrite rate of $275, making this an even better value for complete development of your story!
Style, Format and Language Edit ~ $450
Screenwriting utilizes a unique writing style that is often difficult to master, particularly if you are completing your first script, if you’re trying to switch to screenplay format and style from another discipline, or if English is not your primary language. I will edit your screenplay for proper format, spelling, grammar, punctuation, dialogue, and syntax. This includes margin notes with spelling and format corrections throughout the script, a complete rewrite, in contemporary screenplay style, of the first 10 pages of your script, and a list of suggestions for improving the story concept, characters, plot structure and commercial potential for your screenplay.
Loglines ~ $75
Logline assistance is available as an ad-on to any of the above services. I will provide you with a minimum of 5 ideas for loglines after reading your script. I will also give feedback and help edit and improve loglines you have written.
Rewriting, Punch Up, and Ghostwriting

How to Submit
Scripts should be emailed as Final Draft, pdf, or Word Document. Scripts may be snail mailed to the address below, but turnaround is faster with an emailed document. Checks should be made out to Ginger Earle and mailed to the address below.
